What says love more than matching tattoos? This is what we got each other for our second wedding anniversary. The design is based on the Pennsylvania Dutch distelfink, a hex sign promising luck and happiness. It represents our travels along the back roads of Pennsylvania, our love of folk art and geometric design, and our marriage. Thanks to Jeff’s old and dear friend, Don McDonald, of Bodyworks for doing such amazing, beautiful artwork.

Lil Bee, I am so happy with how they turned out – and when you’re ready, come down to Pittsburgh! I can’t wait to see what you get next.
